Short Wait Time
I had some pretty severe symptoms, but I was embarrassed of going to urgent care during my vacation. But when the pain became too much I went in and they definitely made me feel like it was the right choice. The serviceable was really quick and staff all around was really nice. I also love that they asked, a student could help instead of just bringing him in. I’m always a big fan of education, but I am a bigger fan of politeness. If I were sick again, this would be the first place d go every single time.

Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. When I arrived I admit I wasn’t the easiest patient as all I wanted was someone to help ease my symptoms and help me feel better. My baby was fussy and lethargic on a Tuesday evening and I wasted no time going here since it’s close to home, everything was great I did a walk in check in and waited all under 20 minutes, friendly staff and very nurturing. I loved it here!

My daughter had been experiencing ear pain and it was not improving. I was able to look online and see that there was nobody on the waitlist. I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour and fill out the paperwork before I even left. I was able to check in and pay easily. The wait was not too long and the staff and doctor were all very kind and friendly. My daughter felt comfortable and got the help she needed.
