Im 30 years young and I’ve never been on birth control until I fount ThePillClub! Im in love with it. Im a breastfeeding mamma and needed a birth control that would work for me and now im on a non-estrogen pill. Over all the best ever! It comes with a year supply but the B pill and some awesome goodie’s!

Pill club was good in till they canceled my prescription because someone got into my account and messed with my prescription. When I got a text message from them I thought it was just a follow up now I don’t have a birth control. Now I have to find a another birth control company cause my mother isn’t gonna allow me taking birth control while I’m under her roof even tho I’m 20. Pill club was the only way I could get my birth control without my mother knowing

Ladies,!! if there’s one subscription you NEED it’s THIS ONE access to all personal health and BC and safe sex products you cab get your hands on all include at a fair & reasonable price & if you have insurance it’s FREE.

Being able to track the birth control package through ThePillClub is great along with being able to communicate with someone. But it would be awesome if ThePillClub got updated so you could track when you take the pill along with your cycle.

I love the idea and have heard great things but honestly.. the website and app both have the same problem. Can’t continue past the insurance section. That’s what made me stop trying. If it got fixed and I didn’t have to spend half an hour trying different ways/computers/apps/etc to add my insurance I’m sure it would be awesome. Til then .. 👎🏻

Literally awful…. I’ve been waiting a week to get a prescription. Texted 3 times for help getting this canceled. I called and asked to cancel and the guy just deleted my account…. No idea what happened to all the personal info I submitted…. No idea if I’ll still receive anything…. No idea what’s going on….. This is insane….

Answer your quiz questions VERY carefully because they do not let you go back and correct your answers and you could easily be turned down for help. Horrible customer service.

The Pill Club won’t prescribe me birth control because I have Crohns Disease.. I’ve been on birth control before so I don’t understand what the issue is. Luckily, Nurx is able to help me! Thanks Pill Club for absolutely nothing <3 NURX IS THE WAY TO GO

At first they were great. They responded in a timely manner and sent me my birth control on time. But as I was nearing the end of my last pack, I logged into my account and it said my next refill would be shipped out in a couple days. So I waited a couple days. No text or anything telling me my birth control has shipped. They always send me a text with a tracking link when my birth control ships. I logged back into my account and it still said preparing for shipment but the ship date had already passed a couple days. I was getting nervous because I only had less than a week to get a new pack started. I texted customer support like I usually do and I got no answer. I contacted them on Feb 4th and they did not answer until Feb 9th! Terrible customer service if you ask me. I have bad phone anxiety so I do not like calling/talking on the phone, that’s why I always text them. They told me due to the weather my shipment was delayed, ok but how does the weather have anything to do with not contacting me back? At least let me know earlier to keep me in the loop. My birth control pack shipped on a Wednesday and said it was going to arrive on Monday. But it did not. So now I have gone 3 days without starting a new pack due to them not sending me my birth control when they said they would. Timing is very important when it comes to birth control. I think they they need to send out your new packs way more in advance just in case. Because I’m supposed to be 3 days in a new pack and now I’m getting spotting due to not taking any pills. UGH!! Do better Pill Club.
