    CAN'T GET GLOVE BOX OPEN I 2010 HHR

    Sounds like the locking / latch mechanism is either locked or broken, try to remove the glove box after removing all the screws that secure the hinges on the glove box.

    How to remove hyundai glove box hyundai elantra 2007

    In order to remove the glove box from the 2005 Hyundai Elantra, you just need to follow this steps which are as follows,

    1) remove the rubber dampers from both side of the glove box (from the inside of the box)

    2) Swing glovebox all the way down and remove the two pins

    If you didn't understand, then refer to the video in which you will learn to remove the cabin air filter which is at the back of the Glovebox of the Hyundai Elantra 2006-2010.

    So many Filters, where to begin? The air filter under the hood is self explanatory, the cabin air filter is a little more involved. You have to first remove the glove box that's held by about 5 screws. Once the glove box is removed, the air filter is located on the left side and is easily removed and replaced.
