pop out the center trim piece with a flat head screwdriver. Center dash piece may be brushed aluminum or wood grain depending on trim level. It should pop out easily working all the way around it. Then radio is held in with 7mm screws.

SOURCE: 2000 Toyota Corolla VE -- Glove Box Stuck
The most common cause is something inside the glove box jammed in the latch. Push glove box door release , and GENTLY insert a flat putty knife, plastic knife, or similar type tool in the groove of door, GENTLY try to pry open the door. U will probably (hopefully) find a napkin, map, or glove (does anybody actually put gloves in the glove box?) jammed in the inside latch. Let me know how u make out.

Fixing a broken glove box on a 2011 Toyota Venza may vary depending on the specific issue with the glove box. However, here are some general steps you can try:
- Determine the issue: Inspect the glove box to identify the problem. Common issues with glove boxes include broken hinges, latches, or handles. Once you have identified the issue, you can proceed with the appropriate repair.
- Replace the hinges: If the hinges are the problem, you can replace them by removing the old hinges with a screwdriver and installing the new ones.
- Fix the latch: If the latch is broken, you may need to replace it. Remove the old latch using a screwdriver and install the new one.
- Replace the handle: If the handle is broken, you can remove the old handle and install a new one. This usually requires removing the trim panel to access the handle mechanism.
- Check for loose screws: If none of the above steps work, check for any loose screws that may be causing the problem. Tighten any loose screws to see if that fixes the issue.
- Seek professional help: If none of these steps work, it may be best to seek the help of a professional mechanic to diagnose and repair the issue.
Remember to be gentle with the glove box during the repair process to avoid causing further damage.

There may be something jammed in the mechanism. If you can see inside it you could maybe try to clear it with a screw driver or something.

From what I see you get to the starter by removing the air filter box. If you need to remove the cover of the engine from what I have seen it has screws, plastic lock connectors or you just pull them up, some have a quick connector you just pull them up. The video below show the starter by removing the air box. You did not say what type vehicle.

You have to depress a white clip on the connector (same color as the connector) which is on the glove box side (right side as we sit in the car and difficult to see) and gently pull the connector at the same time.

Seems to be some difference in names. I changed what was caused blend door, after removing the glove box it was on the right. There was another actuator to the left and another actuator on the drivers side. Basically you should have two actuators behind the glove box and one on the drivers side. These video call the actuator on left blend door also.

Ok, there can be two ways to do this. On some Nissans you can drop the glove box out without actually removing anything by collapsing the side stops in slightly. This should allow the glove box to "drop" back enough to get straight to the small door for the filter.
Failing that, remove the 3 screws running underneath the glove box and 4 along the top, (with the door open), 1 in each corner and 2 through the latch. With these out you can pull the lower dash trim/glove box assembly as one piece giving you a direct shot at the filter door.
Good luck.
